The song is a heart felt request and is to be TAKEN LITERALLY. I have been trying to meet with the Governor since 2005 regarding environmental issues in Arkansas. This is my last request before I began legal proceedings which will prove that the Governor and his staff have willfully disregarded human, animal and plant life in
violation of existing Arkansas law.
